FASTER CUTTING SPEEDS

The speed at which the water jet can cut through material will vary based on a variety of parameters. On average, water jet cutters can cut 5-10 times faster than EDM when thickness is under 1 inch.

MATERIAL THICKNESS

The flexibility of water jet greatly enhances the versatility of the water jet cutting machine as it can easily switch from cutting 1/2" (1.27cm) foam gaskets to 4" (10.16cm) titanium brackets.
